OrbStack Tool

Trial

We've decided that OrbStack needs to be put into more developers hands before we can make a final decision on if we move it to adopt or hold rings. Everybody should try it out. We'll need to make sure there is real improvement in efficiency over choosing a solution like Docker for Mac.

A couple of our developers are trying out OrbStack for their local development environments. From what we're hearing those who tried it out don't want to let it got anymore.
